The hotel had a modern vibe and a convenient location. I loved that it was a short ten-minute walk to Ronda's old town, beautiful. The room wasnice and neat, with a nice view from the balcony. There were some drawbacks. The air conditioning didn't work properly. Staff didn't speak much English, made communication tricky, and I couldn't get necessary information about breakfast hours or local recommendations. The parking was quite a steep ramp. While I enjoyed the clean rooms and proximity to attractions, the language barrier and air conditioning issues were frustrating.

For anyone thinking about this
The room had real comfort issues, and the air conditioning was inadequate, turning the space into a sauna. Compounding this, my room had unwelcoming odors that detracted from the overall experience.

The room was fairly comfortable if not a little small
No mini bar. No safe. No tea or coffee making facilities. Air conditioning does not allow cooling of the room. Poor design of shower that overflows into the bathroom. No rooms in the hotel with baths. Only one person speaks english and he is not always there. Garage is not accesible from the hotel and often it is necessary to walk up where the car comes in. The food is average at best This should not be a 4 star hotel.

The room is clean and tidy/ The bahroom is spacious. The receptionist is very help and good at doing business, who recommended their chain restaurant to her. The restaurant is part of their chain hotel. The food is good and the price is reasonable. There's only a few choices for the buffet breakfast. It's close to the bus terminal and not very far from the train station. Generally speaking, it is a good hotel.

This is a brand new hotel... Very tastefully designed and everything works really well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's not as close to the center of town as some other hotels, but just a few blocks extra did not bother me.

The new look. I hope they'll be able to keep it.
The fire door on the third floor which I found locked from _outside_ one night. This was truly scary. I hope the management will take action after this incident.

great location but inconsistent service
I appreciated the clean rooms that helped set a comfortable atmosphere. The powerful shower made for a refreshing start to the day. I enjoyed the cozy lounge area.
The customer service experience was disappointing and not up to expectations.

Hermoso y nuevo hotel. Buen desayuno. Buena ubicacion si estas con auto. Facil para aparcar.
El televisor esta colocado de costado. Incomodo. Frente a la habitacion una discoteca. Ruidosa hasta la 1 a.m.

The property was reasonably clean and ideal and the location was particularly good and incredible. The staff were amazingly nice and very pleasant and helped with private parking. The twin room was beautifully designed and contemporary, with climate control, an iron and television. The great service and the attention to detail!
