The hotel had a modern vibe and a convenient location. I loved that it was a short ten-minute walk to Ronda's old town, which was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. there were some drawbacks. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, making the room uncomfortably warm at times. Staff didn’t speak much English, which made communication tricky, and I couldn’t get necessary information about breakfast hours or local recommendations. The parking was quite a steep ramp, making it a little daunting to navigate. while I enjoyed the clean rooms and proximity to attractions, the language barrier and air conditioning issues were frustrating.

For anyone thinking about this
My stay was marred by poor customer service that left me frustrated. The room had real comfort issues, and the air conditioning was inadequate, turning the space into a sauna. Compounding this, my room had unwelcoming odors that detracted from the overall experience.

Comfortable beds and modern amenities
During my stay, I found the beds truly comfy and the bathrooms modern and well-kept. Despite the clean and appealing interior, I did encounter some issues with the air conditioning, which at times was less than effective.

The shower pressure could blast you into next week! The hotel was bright, clean, and our room was a lovely sight. Plus, how cool was the secure parking just a hop away?
The heating was like a sauna gone rogue! And don't get me started on those bedside lights. it's like they were playing hide and seek.
